REAL Night School
A FREE EVENT for kiteboarders of all abilities. Each week features a new topic for our group lecture as well as a question and answer session for those in the audience. Many industry team riders and designers participate as guest speakers during REAL Night School. Celebs and icons like Stan Radev, Jason Slezak, Lou Wainman, Andre Phillip, Julien Fillion, Aaron Sales, Robby Naish, Jimmy Redmond, John Bryja, Pat Rawson, Bill “Stretch” Reidel and more are people you will meet, learn from and get to ask questions to during REAL Night School. Michael Oberg Lecture and Book Signing

Michael Oberg will be presenting a lecture on“Thomas Harriot in the Eyes of Native Americans, 1585-1586” on Saturday, April 4, in the Film Theatre at Roanoke Island Festival Park. Following the lecture, he will be signing his book, The Head in Edward Nugent's Hand, in the Museum Store at Roanoke Island Festival Park. The lecture is part of the Thomas Harriot Quadricentennial Conference, in affiliation with East Carolina University. Michael Oberg, Department of History, SUNY Geneseo is the presenter.
