Resort Realty’s New Home Sales Division Adds New Site Sales Team
(Nags Head, NC) – Randy Jones, Director of Resort Realty’s New Home Sales Division has announced the addition of a new on-site sales team for the Nags Head condominium project, The Landings at Sugar Creek.
Bronwyn Thornton, Bonnie Houser, and Beth Markham will handle all on-site sales duties and see the community through to final sell out. “We are extremely excited to have such an experienced on-site sales team join Resort New Home Sales and Marketing”, Jones said. With the addition of Thornton, Houser, and Markham, “We are bringing a combined 30 years of sales experience on board to help facilitate our sales goals for the Landings at Sugar Creek community”, Jones went on to explain.

Represented exclusively by Resort Realty’s New Home Sales Division, the Landings at Sugar Creek is comprised of two phases. Phase 1 is a mixed-use building containing lower level professional office space and upper level townhouse style condominium homes, while phase 2, currently scheduled for a November completion date, is made up of 41 condominium homes, all of which have outstanding views of Nags Head’s Roanoke Sound.
